Train with purpose
Structure is the whole point
Most people are not under-motivated. They are under-organised. A written plan turns effort into progress.
Every session has a plan
Sets, reps, RPE and rest are prescribed before you walk in. No wandering between machines deciding what to do next.
Progressive overload, handled
Each week builds on the last. Intensity climbs before volume does, and deloads are scheduled rather than forced on you by an injury.
Built around your week
Three to six days, 45 to 75 minutes, full gym or a pair of dumbbells. The program matches what you actually have.
Built for performance
Four qualities, one program
Athletic training is not four separate plans stapled together. The order and the dose are what make it work.
Explosiveness
Jumps, throws, sprints and Olympic variations at the front of the session, while you are fresh.
Strength
Squat, hinge, press, pull. Loaded heavy, tracked honestly, progressed every week.
Conditioning
Sled work, intervals and shuttles that support the sport instead of grinding you down.
Physique
Enough hypertrophy work to look like you train, without turning you slow.
Track everything that matters
Progress you can actually see
Strength over time, bodyweight, volume, consistency and PR history — the numbers that tell you whether the plan is working.

Performance tests
Vertical, broad jump, 10-yard sprint, hang clean, pull-ups. Retest and compare.

First Person Strength
Foundational strength and muscle
The starting point. Three days a week built on the lifts that actually move the needle — squat, hinge, press, pull — with enough accessory work to build real muscle. Simple, repeatable, and hard to screw up. If you have been guessing in the gym, start here.

Athletic Engine
Strength + explosiveness + conditioning
Four days built the way I train in season: power first while the nervous system is fresh, heavy strength second, then conditioning that supports the sport instead of wrecking it. Every week the intent goes up before the volume does. This is the program most people should be on.

Explosive Lower
Jump higher, sprint faster, squat more
A lower-body power block. Plyometrics and Olympic variations at the front of every session, heavy strength behind them, and enough single-leg work to keep both sides honest. Built for athletes who need to be fast on the ground, not just strong in the rack.

Wrestler Performance
Strength, grip, conditioning, durability
What I actually do in the wrestling room and the weight room. Strength that carries to the mat, grip work you will feel in a match, positional conditioning, and neck and shoulder durability so you last a season. Built around practice, not on top of it.

Strength + Size
Build muscle without losing athleticism
Five days of hypertrophy work anchored to heavy compound lifts, with jumps and sprints kept in so you do not turn into a slow bodybuilder. You will get bigger, and you will still be able to move.

6-Week Transformation
Body composition, strength, consistency
Six weeks of lifting hard and conditioning smart. Full-body strength three days a week with metabolic finishers, plus weekly check-ins that keep you honest. Built to change how you look without training like a cardio bunny or losing the strength you already built.

FAQ
Questions
I am not an athlete — is this for me?+
Yes. The plan is built from your answers, not from a sport. Pick general fitness, fat loss, strength or just moving better, and you get a program around your schedule, your equipment and anything that gives you trouble.
Do I need a full gym?+
No. During onboarding you pick your equipment — full gym, basic gym, home gym, dumbbells only or bodyweight — and programs are matched to it.
I am a beginner. Is this too advanced?+
The free starter program, First Person Strength, is built for beginners: three days a week on the lifts that matter, with coaching cues on every exercise.
How is this different from a PDF program?+
The plan adapts to what you actually log. Sets, reps and RPE are prescribed, your progress is tracked automatically, and your Performance Score shows whether the training is working.
What if I wrestle or play a sport?+
Wrestler Performance and Athletic Engine are built to run alongside practice — power first, conditioning that supports the sport rather than wrecking it.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, from your profile. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is 1-on-1 coaching available right away?+
Coaching is limited so it stays genuinely personal. Submit an application and you will hear back about a spot.
